Please read these terms carefully before using Soni Bazar services.

Important Notice

AutoPay setup is mandatory. You cannot rent components without an active AutoPay mandate.
Valid unboxing video is required for replacement claims.
Valid return packing video is required for return disputes.
Late returns may attract penalties deducted via AutoPay.
Users are solely responsible for rented components during the rental period.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Soni Bazar website and application. "Company" refers to VeltrioneX Smart Creations Private Limited. "Member" refers to an individual who has completed KYC and holds an active membership. "Component" refers to any hardware, sensor, or equipment rented through the platform.

2. Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age. Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar) is required for identity verification. The Company reserves the right to reject any membership application at its sole discretion based on Trust Score or background checks.

3. Rental Period

The standard rental period is defined during the checkout process. Extensions must be requested before the original return date. Late returns will incur daily penalties calculated at 5% of the component value.

4. Security Deposit & AutoPay Authorization

An AutoPay mandate is mandatory for all members. Security deposits may be required based on the component value (0% to 40%). By setting up AutoPay, you authorize the Company to deduct monthly membership fees, late fees, and damage/loss charges automatically.

5. Mandatory Unboxing & Return Packing Video

Members MUST record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package and the working condition of the component upon receipt. Similarly, a continuous return packing video must be recorded and uploaded before initiating a return. Claims without these videos will be unconditionally rejected.

6. Damage Loss & Theft

The Member assumes all risk of loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the components. In such events, the Member will be charged the full replacement value of the component via AutoPay or deposit forfeiture, and their Trust Score will be heavily penalized.
